2007 was our first season in full-time production with about 3/4 acre in vegetables and small fruits offered at market and through our CSA. We also raise pasture-poultry and free-range eggs. In addition we offer grass-fed beef and raw milk through our partner farms. We strive to steward our farm - the grass, trees, streams, flowers, wildlife, vegetables, fruits, and livestock with compassion, respect and care. We believe that this is our call and duty as sons and daughters of the Creator God. We strive to follow organic practices to controls pests and use no artifical fertilizers, antibiotics or hormones because we believe that their effects may reach beyond the plants and animals to our own tables. By watching and mimicking nature, we make use of its lessons in water conservation through bio-mulch, fertilization through composting, pest control through diversity and companion planting. We are learners and hope to improve both the land and ourselves as we grow our farm.
