No Mow Grass is a short growing lush green grass with less watering requirements, less chemicals and less work - developed for your growing zone. No Mow is not a tall fescue and only grows an average height of 4"-6".
Northern States grass is available in a soft bent grass with side-way growth habit.
Southern and hot sunny areas have the option of a blend of 50% bent grass with 50% short alpine fescue to withstand drought. With a No-Mow Grass Lawn- you can spend more time enjoying your yard and less time slaving over it, especially in the hot sun! Regular lawn maintenance is still recommended for raking leaves, trimming edges and some weed control. An occasional freshening up of the grass is recommended every 3 - 5 years by topping the area off with peat moss in the spring or late fall.
