Ambient Flooring is the best. Their product is beautiful and of good quality. But even better than that, the staff at Ambient are all incredibly knowledgeable and EXTREMELY helpful. Many parts of our home renovation went awry. However, our floors and working with Ambient has been a pure pleasure.

The product is beautiful...and installs easily. The sales support is excellent. I highly recommend Ambient. The only issue I'v had with the flooring is it's hardness. I noticed a few dents in the floor. It seems to be softer than I expected. So take those shoes off. but the floor is beautiful.

The floors are beautiful and great for installation -- both: glued and floating. Some of the areas in the house we glued (entry) and majority is floating. 1600 SF of flooring was easily installed in 2 days, and the floor is handling 2 small children, a dog and parties fine. It ia also easy to clean. The customer service, organization and shipping was excellent and Ambient beat any competitor's price. Definitely recommend!

The flooring is beautiful, staff helpful, and prices competitive. It was cheaper for us to buy from Ambient and have the flooring shipped to AK than to purchase bamboo locally. The aluminum oxide coating is of superior quality to that of other manufacturers from which we've purchased, but the boards are still very soft, dent easily, and are not capable of withstanding even the best manicured pets. Most of the wood is good quality, but we did receive several "wowed" boards that after being glued into place caused large gaps between floor boards that are very noticeable with the natural finish. Perhaps Ambient can offer a natural-tinted gap-filler that matches the bamboo to hide the imperfection.
