To give the soap its intense, sparkling-sweet, lemony aroma we chose to combine Cold-pressed Lime and Lemon Myrtle essential oils. Lemon Myrtle has been found to be antibacterial, and anti-fungal; In fact, some studies show greater results than the better known tea tree. Lime essential oil balances overactive sebaceous glands that lead to oily or blemished skin, and helps clear acne. Then we add, French Red Clay as it is a powerful detoxifier. It acts like a magnet to draw out impurities from the body while the essential minerals within the clay are released.
