The Pure-Rest Pegasus Organic Deluxe Innerspring Mattress is constructed with a core Innerspring of electrically tempered steel coils surrounded by organic cotton.  The cotton covered coils are then wrapped in organically processed pure wool from organically raised sheep for natural protection from bacteria, mildew, and mold, and quilted onto a deluxe Pure-Rest organic cotton European outer fabric which ensures the wool will not migrate over the years.  The quilting prevents shifting and provides a sturdy, durable and comfortable sleeping surface. 

Our extra amount of wool and organic cotton batting makes the top more comfortable than that of other manufactureers who tend to use a little less on top.  To keep the same level of support with a softer feel, add the Pure-Rest 3 wool plush topper.  The Pegasus mattress has a 35 ILD, which means it is a firm adult mattress by industry standards, and measures 8 thick and 38 x 75.  All Pure-Rest mattresses are naturally flame-retardant and chemical-free and are made in the USA.  20 year prorated warranty.
