The Project Binder is a bare board Naked Binder with a bit of a modest side. It sports a spine wrap of durable library-grade 100% cotton book-binding cloth applied with water based glue to add color and protection.
You can pick and choose different between 9 color spine wraps to create your own personal color coded organizational system. Project binders are available with 1", 1.5", 2" and 2.5" rings with square and round spines.
Our Eco Binders have a core of 97% post-consumer waste plus 3% recycled-material binders board manufactured in the United States with waste paper from the state of Connecticut. The Project Binder is far stronger than a vinyl binder. The hinge is an integral part of the binder, not a separate piece. An independent testing laboratory confirmed that the hinges are strong when they ran flex tests of over 50,000 openings and closings with no visible change. That’s sustainable!

We have created a set of five tabs made from Neenah Eames White Canvas paper, which is 30% post-consumer waste and is manufactured with 100% renewable energy. The paper’s texture gives the tabs visual interest and prevents scuffing.
We’ve debossed numbers into them, but there is no printing. Of course, we don’t use plastic, mylar or anything else harmful on our tabs.

Going naked isn’t always appropriate, so we’ve created an elegant and tasteful binder option using only paper, board and a metal 3-ring mechanism.
This binder is dressed for success and wrapped in Graphite Gray paper with 30% post-consumer waste content (certified Green Seal, Green-E and FSC). A subtle canvas grain has been embossed into the paper for a great tactile feel and to prevent the paper from scuffing or marking. The interior of the Wrapped Binder is lined with beautiful, smooth soft white acid free book end paper from an FSC Certified mill so you can be assured that it will not harm your binder contents.
Of course, these are made from 100% recycled board and are 100% recyclable with no plastic, vinyl or toxic chemicals.
